Introduction

Here is an easy Thank You card to make. The designs are abstract, so it's appropriate for any occasion.

Tools and Materials

Ancient Page ink colors: Sandalwood, Saffron, Lime, Palm Leaf, Chocolate, Pine
Cream colored cardstock
Cardstock scraps in light colors of cream, tan, and green
Light colored paper scraps cut into 1" wide pieces
Palette or temporary palette
Brayer
Glue stick or Yes Glue
Scissors
Rubber Stamps: Square Glyphs Pattern Unmounted, Mod Designs Large Unmounted, Six Square Glyphs Unmounted, Assorted Greetings and Sentiments Unmounted - Small
Prismacolor pencils - white and turquoise

Make the Card

Cut a piece of cream cardstock 5 1/2" in by 8 1/2" (1/2 of a full sheet) and fold in half to make a card.

Sprinkle several drops of Saffron and Sandalwood ink onto a palette. A temporary palette can be be made from a piece of acetate or freezer paper.

Thank You Card Roll a brayer over the ink on the palette and transfer to the stamp Square Glyphs Pattern Unmounted. Stamp onto front of card.

Add some Lime ink to the palette and stamp the six square portion of Mod Designs Large Unmounted onto the light-colored scraps of cardstock. Cut out squares.

Cut apart the unmounted stamp set Six Square Glyphs Unmounted and print two of the lime-printed squares in Chocolate, two in Palm Leaf, and two in Pine.

Thank You Card Glue squares onto two 1 inch wide strips of paper to arrange. Trim the edges and glue the two rows to piece of scrap paper or cardstock, and trim edges again if needed.
